Our reason, our purpose, our goal.
Australian Support Worker Services Sydney is home to the ultimate choice and control of people living with disabilities.
Our company was founded with a simple goal: To be able to support people with disabilities the way they actually want to be supported.
More than a decade later, experience working in the disability sector as a support worker, HR officer, support coordinator, aged care assistant nurse, and early childhood roles, our founding director decided that it was time to create the company she wished she could find for so many clients she worked with over the years.
We only source support workers that ‘get it’, that show up, are passionate and are dedicated to providing the best service to people they work with. We keep it simple and look after our workers so they won’t want to leave, meaning you have continuity of care.
Our goal means we will support you, and never pressure you to be ‘locked in’ to a contract. You have full flexibility to have support when you want it, and that is really important to us. Its radical! But not really, it’s ethical, and honest, and this is what should be available.
